RATES
Our rates cover the rental of the villa, all utilities, a change of sheets, basic cleaning on every 4th day, garden and pool maintenance and are inclusive of VAT.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made through our website or by calling our office. To confirm a reservation, a 30% deposit must be made. The outstanding balance should be paid 21 days before arrival. If a reservation is made with less than 21 days prior to arrival, the full amount must be paid. A discount of 10% is applicable for all reservations made before the 28th of Feb and 5% for those made before the 31 March.

CANCELLATIONS.
For cancellations made up to 21 days in advance, deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations made between 7 and 20 days in advance, 50% of deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made between 3 to 6 days in advance, 25% of deposit will be refunded. For other cancellations no refund is applicable.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Our villas are fully furnished and all equipment in good working order. To cover any loss damage or harm caused by guests, you will be required to sign a document authorizing the withdrawal of up to €550 from your credit card. Upon departure, if the inventory reveals no instances of loss or damage, this document will be cancelled. The security deposit may also be paid in cash when confirming the reservation and refunded in cash.
VILLA CAPACITY
Our villas are equipped for up to 8 or 10 adult guests depending on villa type. We must be informed of the correct number of people in your party at the point of booking. Usage of villas beyond their stated capacity constitutes a breach of contract.
ARRIVAL
Check in at the villa should be by 16:00 at the earliest on the arrival day.
DEPARTURE
The villa must be vacated by 11:00 at the latest on the day of departure.
CLEANING
The villa is handed over in a clean condition; every fourth day sheets and towels are changed and basic cleaning is undertaken. Additional cleaning is available on request.
