
Security Deposit
Do I have to pay a security deposit on arrival at the villas?
A security deposit of 550 EUR is required on arrival. Guests can either pay this in cash on arrival or they can sign a credit card form giving us the authorization to collect an amount up to 550 EUR in case of any damage. This form is not valid after your departure date as it contains a validation date. If there are no damages no payment will be taken from your card. If guests paid by cash the security deposit will be returned when you check out, minus any deductions for damages.
Local Taxes
Is there a daily local tax to be paid per person, if so, how much is it?
VAT is included in all of our rates. There is no local tax applied per person.
Kitchen
How much cutlery/crockery is there at each villa?
All the villas have the necessary kitchenware for the specified sleep capacity, between 12-15 pieces of each item (cutlery, dinnerware, glassware, coffee and tea cups etc). We also provide various utensils and kitchen items such as ovenware, chopping boards and Tupperware.
What kinds of home appliances are available at the villas?
Villas include a washing machine, dish washer, refrigerator, kettle and toaster.
Linen
Do the villas include all bed linen?
Yes, villas include all bed linen.
Do the villas include all bathroom towels?
Yes, villas include both a bathroom towel and a face towel for each person.
How frequently are the linen and towels changed?
All used bed linen and towels are changed every 4th day.
Extra Beds
Can I request extra beds?
We have two extra beds in total. Guests may book these with their reservation, subject to availability.
Can I request a baby cot, if so, is there an extra cost?
We have travel cots for babies, subject to availability they are offered at no extra cost.
Cleaning Service
Is a cleaning service included with the booking?
On every fourth day all the used linen/towels are changed and all the bathroom bins are emptied.
If I require extra cleaning services can that be arranged?
Any request other than the regular cleaning service will be subject to a charge. Please speak to us at the time of booking to discuss your requirements, but a full house clean is approximately 40 EUR per day.
Animals
Are pets allowed in the villas?
One pet is allowed in a villa during high season (15th June – 15th September). We are happy to welcome more pets in the low season.
What are the terms and conditions when bringing along my pet?
There is no maximum size for pets and we do not charge a supplement. Pets are not allowed to foul on the villa gardens.
Proximity
How near are the closest grocery stores/supermarkets?
The closest market is 100 meters away down the hill. The closest grocery stores/supermarkets are 2km from the villas.
How near is the closest village/town?
Gocek is only 2km away.
What is the distance to the airport from the villas?
Dalaman International Airport is only 25 minutes away.
Where is the nearest car rental service?
Car rentals can be arranged for collection at the airport or in Gocek centre which is only 2km away.
Check In / Check Out
What time is check in and check out at the villas?
You can check in at the villa from 16:00 on the day of your arrival. The villa must be vacated by 11:00 at the latest on the day of departure.
Is there an emergency number for guests to call during their stay at the villas?
Our Gocek Marketing Manager’s number is provided for emergencies throughout your stay.
What is the procedure for picking up the keys to the villa?
Prior to your trip we ask you to fill out an arrival form so we are aware of your travel arrangements in advance. On the arrival day we ask guests to call us when they are close to Gocek so we can direct them to the villas safely. If in any doubt, we are happy to meet you at the main road and direct you to the villas. There are two forms for you to sign when you pick up the keys at your villa; one is a short term rental agreement and the second form is to confirm your security deposit. We collect identification from you which is promptly returned the next day after a copy has been made. You will then be provided a full explanation of all the information on your villa and advised about the local area before we hand over the keys. We have an office on site so if you have any questions throughout your stay we are happy to help.
